Amendments in Exim Policy
Notification No. 10 dated 22nd July 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred under
Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992
(No. 22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy,
1997-2002, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002.

In Chapter 16, Part-III, Paragraph 16.3- Canalised items of EXIM Policy,
1997-2002, as amended, the entries appearing at Sl. Nos. 1 (iv), 1 (ix) and 1
(x) shall be deleted.
