Amendments in lists of manufacturers - Export Licensing Note 1 in Chapter 31 of Schedule – 2 ITC(HS)

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy � 2004-09, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the lists of manufacturers given under the Export Licensing Note 1 in Chapter 31 of Schedule � 2 (Exports) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 :
A. The names of the following companies shall be deleted from �B List of DAP Manufacturers�:

B. The name of M/s.Indogulf Corporation Ltd. appearing in both the lists of DAP Manufacturers and NP/NPK Manufacturers at S. No.7 shall be changed to M/s.Hindalco Industries Limited (unit : Birla Copper).
C. The name of M/s.Hind Lever Chemical Limited, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi appearing in both the lists of DAP Manufacturers and NP/NPK Manufacturers at S. No.12 shall be changed to M/s.Tata Chemicals Limited (Phosphate Business Division), Bishop�s House, 51, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata � 700 071.
D. The names of M/s. FACT, Cochin and M/s. Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertiliser Company Limited, Bharuch shall be added in the list of NP/ NPK Manufacturers.
