G.S.R (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the Following further amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 38/2001-Central excise (N.T.) dated the 26th June, 2001, namely:-
