NOTIFICATION No. 65/2007-CUSTOMS
G.S.R. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and
sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read
with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and
Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of
Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 37/2004-Customs, dated the 20th February,
2004, [G.S.R. 127(E), dated the 20th February, 2004], published in Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the
20th February, 2004, namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 1-,
- the words, letters, figures and brackets, “And whereas, M/s Taiwan Pulp and
Paper Corporation, Taiwan, have furnished an undertaking under rule 15 of the
Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty
on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, not to export
any type of Potassium Carbonate below a price of US Dollar 471.0 per Metric tonne CIF (cost, insurance and freight);” shall be omitted; and
- "he provisos occurring after the TABLE” shall be omitted.
