Amendments in Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09 (Chapter 29)

S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraphs 1.2, 2.1 and 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, 2004-2009: -
2. The structural formula of HCFC 124 given against entry No.122 in Annexure C in Chapter 29 may be corrected to read as CHFClCF3 instead of CH2HF4Cl.
3. This issues in Public Interest.
