S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 and 2.1
of the Foreign Trade Policy,2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes
following amendments in Table A of the Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Classification
of Export and Import Items, by inserting entry at S.No. 7A, with immediate
effect, as under:-

Export of goods including plant & plant products using wood packaging material
such as pellets, dunnage, crating, packing blocks, drums, cases load boards,
pellet collars and skids etc. shall be allowed subject to compliance of ISPM-15. |
