Amendments in the Appendix 36 of the Handbook of Procedures (Volume I), 2004-2009

SO(E) : In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), 2004-2009 , notified vide Public Notice No.1 dated 8th April, 2005, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments :
2. In the Appendix 36 annexed to the above Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), 2004-2009, the �NB� under the heading �Import Certificate to be accompanied with end-use cum end-user certificate (to be filled when the import is by a third party)� may be treated to have been deleted.
3. This issues in the public interest.
