Amendments in the Customs Notification No. : 39/2005 Dt.02/05/2005 (Related to clause 72 of the Finance Bill, 2005)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 39/2005- Customs, dated the 2nd May, 2005, and published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 265(E), dated the 2nd May, 2005, namely:-
In the said notification, in the preamble, the portion beginning with the words and figures "as amended by clause 72" and ending with the words "the force of law,", shall be omitted.
