NOTIFICATION No. 15/2007-Customs (N.T.)
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, namely:-
In the said First Schedule,-
1. in Chapter 30,-
(i) In heading 3003, in sub-heading 3003 90, for tariff item 3003 90 36 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff item and the entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(ii) In heading 3004, in sub-heading 3004 90, for tariff item 3004 90 96 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff item and the entries shall be substituted, namely:-

in Chapter 84,-
(i) in heading 8443, in sub-heading 8443 99, against tariff item 8443 99 50, 8443 99 51 and 8443 99 52 and the entries relating thereto, the following tariff items and the entries shall be substituted, namely: -
