In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I):
- In Appendix 14-I-A, the following clause shall be inserted :
“V-A: Intermediate Products, if any, which are to be taken out for job work abroad as part of production process.”

“Item(s) of Production Annual capacity”, the following shall be inserted:
