PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 75(RE: 2007)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI: DATED 26 /10/2007
- In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, as amended.
- In the General Note for Textiles (Product Code: J) the following Note No.20 may be incorporated:-
General Note No.20 : Advance Authorization for export of Cotton Bed Linen, Bed Covers, Bed Sets, Pillow Covers, Cushion Covers under (SION at S.No.sJ-1, J-28, J-30, J-40, J-49, J-73, J-91, J-108, J-109, J-119, J-123, J-129, J-312, J-314, J-316 & J-347) shall not be permitted under the generic entries for export of made-ups.
The earlier General Note No.16 & 17 issued vide Public Notice No.52 (RE:2007)/2004-2009 dated 27.9.2007 may be amended to read as General Note No.18 and 19 respectively instead of General Note No.16 and 17.
