Amendments in the notification No.21/2002-Cus., dt. 01/03/2002 (Set-Top Box Import – 5% BD, No CVD)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(i) in the opening paragraph, in the proviso, for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
�(c) the goods specified against serial No. 316D of the said Table on or after the 29th day of February, 2004.�; (ii) in the Table,-
(a) S.No. 316C and the entries in columns (2) to (6) shall be omitted;
(b) after S. No. 316B and the entries relating thereto, the following S.No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
