Amendments in the notifications regarding the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice
|
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue namely :
In the Notification No. 02/2004-Customs (N.T.) dated the 2nd January, 2004 for the words "M/s Gaitri Exports" the words "M/s Gaitri Exports and others" shall be substituted.
In the Notification No. 39/2004-Customs (N.T.) dated the 25th March, 2004, for the letters words and figures "DRI F. No. 50C/11/2003-CI, ated 30th January, 2004" the letters, words and figures "DRI F.No. 50C/11/2003, dated 30th January, 2004" shall be substituted.
In the Notification No. 99/2004-Customs (N.T) dated the 26th August, 2004, for the words "M/s. Bonita Industries" the words M/s. Bonita Industries and others" shall be substituted.
In the Notification No. 100/2004-Customs (N.T.) dated the 26th August, 2004, for the words "M/s. Chhabra Industries" the words "M/s. Chhabra Industries and others" shall be substituted.

Note : (i) The notification No. 02/2004 Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd January, 2004 was published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 5(E), dated the 2nd January, 2004.
(ii) The notification No. 39/2004 Customs (N.T.) dated the 25th March, 2004 was published in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R 214(E), dated the 25th march, 2004.
(iii) The notification No. 99/2004 Customs (N.T.) dated the 26th August, 2004 was published in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R 545(E), dated the 26th August, 2004.
(iv) The notification No. 100/2004 Customs (N.T.) dated the 26th August, 2004 was publihed in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R 546(E), dated the 26the August, 2004.
