Amendments to Handbook of Procedures (Vol. II)
Public Notice No. 24 dated 2nd July 2001
Attention is invited to Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended and Paragraphs 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended from time to time.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended.
In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A� to this Public Notice shall be made.
In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:
CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sl.No.A-2693, the new entries from Sl. No A-2694 to A-2719 shall be added as per Annexure �B� to this Public Notice.
ENGINEERING PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sl. No.C-1667, the new entries from Sl. No C-1668 to C-1678 shall be added as per Annexure �C� to this Public Notice.
FOOD PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sl. No E- 103, the new entry at Sl. No. E- 104 shall be added as per Annexure �D� to this Public Notice.
PLASTIC PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sl. No.H-440, the new entry at Sl. No H-441 shall be added as per Annexure �E� to this Public Notice.
MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCTS
After the existing entry at Sl. No K - 135, the new entries from K-136 to K- 141 shall be added as per Annexure �F� to this Public Notice.
This issues in public interest.
