NOTIFICATION NO. 73 (RE-2008)/2004-2009
NEW DELHI, THE 19TH DECEMBER, 2008
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2)
of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and
also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the
Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect the following amendments
to
Notification No.4 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 11th April, 2008 read with
Notification No. 5 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 15th April, 2008,
Notification No.
12(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 21st May, 2008,
Notification No. 13 (RE-2008)/2004-09
dated 27th May, 2008, and
Notification No. 61 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 dated 20th
November, 2008:
The existing entry at Sl. No. 72A in Chapter 25 under Schedule 2 of ITC(HS)
shall be substituted, as under:
