Notification No. 35/2009-Service Tax
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 93 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue)
Notification No.16/2009-Service Tax, dated the
7th July, 2009 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 488(E), dated the 7 th July 2009,
namely:-
In the said notification,-
In paragraph 1, after serial number (xxii),
the following shall be inserted, namely:-
“ (xxiii) Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council, PHD House,
