Notification No. 13 /2009-Service Tax

the 25 Baisakh, Saka Samvat 1931.
G.S.R. (E)In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1A) of section 86
of the Finance Act,1994(32 of 1994), the Central Board of Excise and Customs
hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of
Revenue,
No.18/2007-Service Tax, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section3, Sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R. 353(E) , dated the 12th
May,2007, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against the entries relating to
Sl.No.19,in column (3), for the word and figures “Pune-II”, the word “Kolhapur”
shall be substituted.
