Notification No. 2 / 2012-Central Excise (N.T.)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 18 of the Central
Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendment in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, notification
No
21/2004-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 6th September, 2004, namely: -
In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the words “to any
country except Nepal and Bhutan”, the words “to any country except Bhutan” shall
be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force on 1st March, 2012.
