No. 02/2010 - Central Excise (N.T)
New Delhi, the 6th January 2010.
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section
35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and
Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of
Revenue No.
25/2005-Central Excise (N.T), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.305(E) dated the 13th
May, 2005, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table:-
- against serial number 19, in column (2), for the word “Valsad”, the word “Vapi”
shall be substituted;
- against serial number 70, in columns (2) and (3) for the word “Valsad”, the
word “Vapi” shall be substituted.
