Notification No. 33/2008- Customs (N.T)
New Delhi, the 28th March 2008.
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 40/2005-Customs (N.T.),dated the 13th May, 2005, namely :-
In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
