Notification No. 74/2015- Customs (N.T.)
[S.O. 2186 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (1) of the section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further
amendments to the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of
Finance, (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 –Customs (N.T), dated the 21st
November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, vide S.O. 829 (E), dated the
21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, the entries against serial number 8
relating to State of Maharastra, in columns (3) and (4), after item number (16)
and the entries relating thereto, the following item number and entries shall be
inserted, namely:-

Note- The Principal notification was published in the

2015, [S.O.1768 (E), dated the 30th June,2015.
