Appendix V - Correction in List of Port of Shipment from where only shredded metallic scrap will be allowed

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 2004-09 :
(1) In Annexure II to Appendix V, after (i), the following shall be corrected to read as :
(ii) Hodaideh, Yemen.
This issues in the Public interest.
