Appointment of adjudicating authorities for customs cases

G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints Shri H.K.Mittal , Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication), Delhi "Pre-Revised- the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata ]for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Intrade Impex Pvt. Ltd., 202/203, AVG Bhavan, M-3,Connaught Circus, Middle Circle, New Delhi-110001and M/s Akay Cones Pvt. Ltd., 202/203, AVG Bhavan M-3, Connaught Circus, Middle Circle, New Delhi- 110001 issued vide DRI F. No: 23/88/2002-DZU/5212, dated the 1st December,2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
