ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred under the
Notification No. 15/2002-Customs
(N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause
Notice No.VIII/371/2007-DRI dated 26.03.2010 and corrigendum dated 16/7/2010
issued by the Additional Director General, DRI, Chennai in the case of M/s N.C.
Alexander & Others, to the Commissioner of Customs, Sea Port, Imports, Chennai
for adjudication.
