In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 4 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Pune to be the Commissioner of Customs,
Goa for the purpose of adjudicating the Show Cause cum Demand Notices pertaining
to M/s. Ayesha Exports, D/5-5, Model Town -III, New Delhi � 110 009 and M/s.
Kazal Impex, Delhi � 110 009, issued vide F.No. DRI/ BZU/ C/ 34/ 2001 dated
the 12th November 2001 by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,
Mumbai Zonal Unit.
