Appointment of Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore for the purpose of adjudication of Show Cause Notices

G.S.R.(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication) , Bangalore "Pre-Revised- Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore, to act as the Commissioner of Customs ( Sea Port), Chennai and Commissioner of Customs(Air Port) , Chennai ] for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s Sansri Trading Corporation, No. 110/10, Pantharapalya, behind VRI Press, Nayandahalli , Mysore Road, Bangalore issued vide DRI F. No. S/IV/21/03 (A), DRI F. No. S/IV/21/03 (B) and DRI F. No. S/IV/21/03 (C), all dated the 3rd November,2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Bangalore.
