NOTIFICATION NO. 02/ 2015-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 8^th January, 2015

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva-IV, Taluka Uran, District Raigad, Mumbai, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva-IV, Taluka Uran, District, Raigad, Mumbai-400707 ;
   
2. the Commissioner of Customs , Inland Container Depot (ICD), Patparganj New Delhi;
   
3. the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex (Export), New Delhi;
   
4. the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax Commissionerate, Awas Vikas Colony, Haridwar Road, Dehradun,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Sara Sae Private Limited, 7/1, Pritam Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248001 issued vide F.No. DZU/23/4/ENQ/2014, dated the 4^th November, 2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
