amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI
F.No.23/39/2010-DZU/Part/Shivam/4003 to 4007 (SCNNo.39/2013) dated 21.08.2013
issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,
Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi in the case of M/s Shivam Enterprises, D-208/8,
Jagatpuri, Mandoli Road, Shahdara, Delhi-93 & others to the Commissioner of
Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva,Taluka-Uran, Distt.
Raigad, Maharashtra for the purpose of adjudication.
