In exercise of the powers
conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as
amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice
F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-34/2009 dated 23.09.2009 issued by the Additional Director
General, DRI, Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Becton Dickinson India Pvt.
Ltd. & Others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Port Import), Custom House,
Chennai for adjudication.
