In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI. F.No.338/XIV/26/2010-GI dated 14^th March, 2011 issued in case of Rajesh Kumar Gupta @ Rajesh Gupta @ Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh Bihari and others by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi, to the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), New Custom House, New Delhi for adjudication.
