ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and under the
Notification No. 83/2004-Customs
(N.T.) dated 30th June, 2004, the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby
assigns the following Commissioners of Central Excise mentioned in column (4) of
the Table below to act an adjudicating authority in respect of Show Cause
Notices in column (2) of the said Table issued to the noticees mentioned in
column (3).
