ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs
(N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause
Notice DRI F.No. 152/KOL/APP/2010/46 dated 10.01.2012 issued in case of Maa
Jawala Enterprises, Kolkata & Others by the Additional Director General,
Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata, to the
Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata for adjudication.
