ORDER
In terms of
Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as
amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice C.No.
VIII/ICD/10/TKD/SIIB/INV/28/2010/8110-15 dated 14.03.2011 issued by Commissioner
of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi in the case of M/s
Shree Krishna Impex, 23/253, Jagdamba Vihar, New Delhi-110046, to the
Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, New Delhi for the purpose of
adjudication.
