Notification No. 72/2012-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 9^th August, 2012.

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by –

1. the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Export), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra; and
   
   
2. the Assistant / Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Export, ACC, Ahmedabad,
   

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Ranjan Suitings Pvt. Ltd., E-148, RIICO Industrial Area, Bhilwara issued vide, F.No.840/Jpr/19-XV(2)/2010/1803-1807 dated 30^th November, 2011, by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (Regional Unit), Jaipur.
