Notification No. 89/2012-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 26th September, 2012.
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5
of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs
hereby imposes on the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs
(Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra, to
act as common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the
duties in respect of adjudication of the show cause notices specified in column
(3) of the Table below issued by the Additional Director specified in column (4)
in case of parties specified in column (2) of the said Table, respectively,
