Notification No.101/2012-Customs (N.T.)

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties as a common adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by –

1.  the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad; and
   
   
2.  the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs, Inland Container Depot Garhi Harsaru, Gurgaon,
   

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Havells India Ltd., QRG Towers 2D, Sector-126, Expressway Noida, U.P., issued vide, F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-29/2011 dated the 20^th March, 2012, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
