In terms of
Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as
amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/26/174/2012-DRI
& VIII/48/29/2012-DRI both 27.10.2012 issued by Additional Director General,
Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of
M/s Ivax Paper Chemicals Limited, Ivax House, H.No. 6-3-248/B, Road No.1,
Banjara Hills, Hyderabad -500034, to the Commissioner of Customs
(Seaport-Import), Custom House, Chennai, for the purpose of adjudication.
