ORDER
In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as
amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52
of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notices mentioned in column
(2) of the Table below, issued by the authorities mentioned in column (3) in the
case of parties mentioned in column (4) to the Commissioner of Customs, CR
Building, Queens Road, Bangalore-560 001, for the purpose of adjudication.
