ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs(NT) dated 07.03-2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section(1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F. No. 23/13/2011-DZU dated 20.12.2012 issued by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, in the case of M/s. Aakanksha Syntex Pvt. Ltd., 1599, Old Marwari Katra, Nai Sadak, New Delhi-110006/ 313, Mehak Tower, Kailash Cinema road, Civil Lines, Ludhiana-141008 & others, to the Commissioner of Customs, ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudication.
