Notification No. 43 / 2013-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 22^nd April, 2013

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs, (Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, District Raigad, Maharashtra, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post- Uran, District-Raigad, Maharashtra ;
   
   
2. the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export) Mundra Port, Mundra; and
   
   
3. the Additional Commissioner or Joint Commissioner of Customs, Jodhpur, NCR Building, Statue Circle, Jaipur,
   

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Sarvodaya Suitings Ltd., 1-S 1 to 4, Sarvodaya Mansion, Basant Vihar, Opp. Mewar Mill Compound, Bhilwara and others issued vide DRI F. No. 840/JPR/DRI/19-XV(3)/2010/1901 dated the 19^th December, 2011 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Jaipur.
