of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.718(ii)10/Seiz/PRU/2013-14/379-382
dated 23.05..2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Lucknow in the case of M/s ABB Limited, Khanija
Bhawan, 2nd floor, East Wing, 49, Race Course Road, Bangalore-560001 to the
Commissioner of Customs, C.R. Buillding, Queens Road, Bangalore-560001 for the
purpose of adjudication.
