In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.718(ii)19/SEIZ/PRU/2013-14/421 dated 01.06.2013, DRI F.No.718(ii)19/SEIZ/PRU/2013-14/532 dated 24.06.2013 and DRI F.No.718(ii)19/Seiz/PRU/2013-14/456 to 465 dated 05.06.2013 issued by Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Patna in the case of M/s Container Corporation of India Limited, Concor Bhawan, C-3 Mathura Road, New Delhi-110076 to the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, Dist-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707 for the purpose of adjudication.
