Notification No.123/2013-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 11^th December, 2013

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, Distric-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, Custom House,
   15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001;
   
2. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru
   Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, Dist-Raigad, Maharashtra- 400707;
   
3. The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New
   Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037; and
   
4. The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Admn. and Airport), Kolkata,
   Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Ashika Commercial Pvt., Limited, 4C Orbit, 1, Garstin Place, Kolkata-700001 issued vide, DRI F.No.718(ii)07/Seiz/PRU/2013-14/432 dated the 04^th June, 2013 by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Patna
