Notification No.124/2013-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 11^th December, 2013

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad, Custom House, Near All India Radio, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad -380009 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad, Custom House, Near All
   India Radio Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009;
   
2. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Mundra, Custom House, Port User
   Building, Mundra Port and SEZ, Mundra;
   
3. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Kandla, Customs House, Near Balalji
   Temple, Kandla-370210;
   
4. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export), Nhava Sheva, Jawaharlal
   Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post- Uran, Dist: Raigad, Maharashtra;
   
5. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Nhava Sheva, Jawaharlal
   Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva , Post- Uran, Dist: Raigad, Maharashtra;
   
6. The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Sabarmati, ICD-Khodiyar,
   S.G. Highway, Jamiyatpura Village, Dist: Ghandhinagar, Ahmedabad.; and
   (vii)The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Central Excise, Customs and
   Service Tax, Hyderabad-II. Office office of the Commissioner of Central Excise,
   Customs and Service Tax, L.B.Stadium Road, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad-500004,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Roop Dyes and Intermediates,65/P3, Phase-I, GIDC Estate, Wadhwan, Guajarat-363035 and others issued vide, SCN F.No.DRI/INQ-53/2013 dated the 24^th June, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad-380007.
