New Delhi, dated the 11th December, 2013
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4
and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner
of Customs Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal Uran, Disrict-Raigad,
Maharashtra-400707 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the
powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
- The Additional Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava
Sheva, Tal Uran, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra ;
- The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port), Custom House, Kolkata,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice
pertaining to M/s Trading Syndicate, 11/1, Community Centre, Near Payal Cinema
Narayana, New Delhi and others issued vide, F.No.DRI/MZU/G/Inv-18/09-10 dated
the 21st May, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai-400020
