Notification No.128/2013-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, dated the 11^th December, 2013

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

1. The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom
   House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra;
   
2. The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Custom House,
   Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi; and
   
3. The Additional Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot Tughlakabad,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Hettich India Pvt. Ltd., 3rd floor, Durolite House, SAB TV, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400053. issued vide, F.No. VIII/26/01/2010-DRI VIC dated the 26^th July, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Hyderabad Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
