ORDER

In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/26/201/2009-DRI dated 03.04.2012 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Beriwala Impex Pvt. Ltd., Flat No.9051/1, 1st floor, Multani Dhanda, Paharganj, Delhi-110055 and others to the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Seaport-Import, Kolkata for the purpose of adjudication.
