ORDER
In exercise of powers conferred under the
Notification No.01/2003 (N.T.)
dated 3rd January, 2003 read with Notification No. 37/2003-Customs (N.T.) dated
3rd June, 2003 issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/MZU/B/Inv-01/
2013-14 dated 21.11.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of
Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of imports from ICD,
Dhannad/Kheda to the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai for the
purpose of adjudication.
