Notification No.18/2014-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, dated the 07th March, 2014
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner
of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Hqrs at NCR
Building, Statue Circle C-Scheme, Jaipur to act as a Common Adjudicating
Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed
on-
(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs
(Preventive), Jodhpur, Hqrs at NCR Building, Statue Circle C-Scheme, Jaipur and;
(ii) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport, New Delhi,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice
pertaining to Mr. Liyakat Ali Khan, Ms. Rubina Ali Khan, D-42, 1st floor, Zakir
Nagar West, New Delhi and others issued vide, DRI F.No. 840/JPR/19-X/2011/309
dated the 25th February, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Regional Unit, Jaipur.
