Notification No. 22/2014-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, dated the 07th March, 2014
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint/Additional
Commissioner of Customs (Airport), Indira Gandhi International Airport, New
Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and
discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport), Indira Gandhi
International Airport, New Delhi ;
(ii) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport), Anna International
Airport, Chennai; and
(iii) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication), Custom House,
Chennai.
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice
pertaining to Shri A.Kirishnamoorthy,No.12, Rethnambal Street, Flat No.C/9C,
Jain Antharishkha Apartmements, Ashok Nagar, Main Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai-24
and others issued vide, F.No.VIII/48/16/2013-DRI-CZU dated the 31st January,
2014 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai
Zonal Unit, Chennai.
